Booking Conditions For Our Majorcan Villa

Here are our booking conditions, together with other information to assist you in planning your holiday at at our Villa Canasastre in Port Andratx, Majorca.

When you complete and submit the booking form, our availability will be updated and the property will be held for you.

There is a 30% deposit payable on booking. Payment can be made either by credit or debit card on-line or by cheque payable to 'Stephen Sharp'. The balance is due eight weeks prior to your holiday. If your booking is made within eight weeks of your arrival date, you must pay the full rent immediately.

The contract will be formed once the deposit has either been paid by cheque and the cheque clears or the credit / debit card payment has been authorised, and we have confirmed the booking. All bookings are subject to our final written confirmation. The formal confirmation should not be confused with the auto-reply you will receive on sending the booking form, which does not constitute acceptance of the booking.

Once we have accepted your booking, you will be sent a formal confirmation of the dates booked, the deposit paid and the balance owing, if any.

Once the booking has been confirmed by us for our Villa in Majorca , the balance will be due even if the guest does not come on holiday for whatever reason. Guests are advised to obtain suitable cancellation Insurance.

If a booking is made within eight weeks of the arrival date, the full cost must be paid immediately.

• Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival until 11.00 am on the day of departure. If your flights do not fit with Saturdays, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Short breaks are generally not available.
• All prices are in Pounds GB and must be paid in Pounds GB. Our prices are fully inclusive of electricity, full central heating, bed linen and towels. We provide one bath sheet and one hand towel per person. We also supply one beach towel per person..
• A highchair and travel cot are available at no extra charge, but please bring your own cot linen. we have two of each available.
• Please contact us before booking to discuss your requirements if one or more members of your party have a disability.
• Bookings will not be accepted from groups of single people under the age of 21 years.
• For the comfort of all of our guests, the house and its outside spaces are strictly non smoking.
• Pets are not permitted.
• It is the guests' responsibility to take good care of the property and to leave it in the same clean and tidy condition as they found it.
